Before you buy

Do I need this to use what you taught?

No. Everything in the sessions works without it, and the recordings are free. This is a shortcut, not a requirement.

How do I install it?

You don’t, by hand. Drop the zip into Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any assistant that takes skills and custom instructions, and say “read SETUP.md and set this up for me.” It interviews you and configures itself.

Will it work for my field?

That is what the interview is for. The skills ship generic and the framework rewrites them around your work — your paper, your examiners, your voice.
